I have recently reserved accommodation at the Loryma Resort in Turkey & Lisa assisted with flights, finding me good competitive prices & times, reassuring me of various questions and queries that I had of the airline & resort facilities.

Lisa was very friendly. She returned my calls quickly when I rang with any questions, and made me feel remembered! (Even though I'm sure details are all noted on computer, she made me feel individual).

Hello I am a Club La Costa member and recently booked a holiday to Crete (Greece), the initial price I was quoted for flights by CLC was rather expensive so decided to book the flights seperately, I tried every airline I could think of but to no avail, my wife and I were starting to get worried as the holiday is getting very near, I decided that I needed help and contacted CLC Travel Department and on this occasion I spoke to Jen, Jen was extremely helpful and very friendly and managed to book our flights and transfers, we have now started looking forward to our hioliday.

I was so impressed that I re-phoned travel Department and asked to speak to an supervisor, unfortunately none was available. I am sending this email to congratulate you on a very professional and friendly service, I too work with the public and all to often customers voice their opinion when things go wrong but fail to voice themselves when things go well. This is not the first time I have travelled with CLC, admittedly most have been free, but the service has always been excellent. Thank you Travel department for putting our minds at ease and we look forward to our holiday. My first drink will be to toast you all.

Today I have booked flights with Club la Costa travel. I have never had bad service from Club la Costa Travel but today doing business with Tim was something special. He got me the best price and came up with suggestions that enabled me to complete the bookings successfully and feeling very satisfied.

If it was up to me he would be in line for a large bonus and/or promotion.

I have recently booked travel arrangements with yourselves via the Travel reservations hotline.

I am most pleased with the level of service I have received, from initial inquiry to the final booking confirmation. The lady I have dealt with - Pamela - has been very helpful and patient. Pamela has an excellent speaking voice and telephone manners which made the process much more pleasant.

My booking involved lots of additional requests - we were given travel vouchers to use, my partner's surname was too long for the airline e-form to accept(!). Pamela was able to deal with all of my questions and issues very competently and in a friendly fashion. Because I had to discuss certain points with my wife, Pamela was very patient and rung me back as promised.

I would like you to pass on my thanks to Pamela for making the travel arrangements as easy and painless as she did!

What can I say, we had a fantastic cruise on the Norwegian Pearl and loved every minute of it. The crew were wonderful and were always cheerful and helpful and we have come home chilled and ready to go again as soon as we can. Only problem is we never have enough days off work to go on enough holidays. I am so glad that Club la Costa is on partnership with NCL as they do fantastic cruises and the colourful paintwork on the boat sums up the lifestyle they offer. All the excursions we did were great and we liked the catamaran trips so much we did two, one in Antigua which included snorkelling and lunch after and the other in St Lucia which included a swim in a local bay. All the places we went to were absolutely beautiful and we would definitely go there again. My daughters aged 12 and 15 loved all the facilities on offer and they are already nagging me to book again. The boat was very child/teenager friendly and I think the cruise image of just being for old people is definitely changing Anyway thanks again for all you help in booking the holiday you did us proud
